Welcome to the Home of the RC Army

The Rockin' Cocks started as a three man pump team at a local Charlottesville paintball tournament in 2006. Since then the Rockin' Cocks have expanded to a full roster and network of teams across the world. The RC Army represents that family of pump players made up of the Rockin' Cocks, The RC Revolution (Northern VA), RC Red Star (Australia) and RC Sweden.

We play all kinds of paintball but what we love is playing tournaments with pumps. We don't care what the other team is shooting as long as we've got our pumps...we are having a good time.

Check out or rosters, videos, pics and propaganda. If you like what you see...or even if you don't...leave a comment and let us know what you think.

Mid-ear Update

So I know I’m a few blogs behind, but things have been super busy with RC this season so far. Below is a little mid-year update and summary for all the past events…
The season started off with the “Let’s Get a Dog for Ethan, Yall” charity paintball tourney. The event was promoted, ran and staffed by RC and we raised just about $2,500 for Ethan and his cause. Additionally the Charlottesville Newsplex ran a story on Ethan, the tourney (link below) and after that story aired the amount raised grew to over $10,000.00!

The 1st paintball event of the season was a regional CFOA 3-man held at Skyline Paintball. RC had two teams competing in this event, RC Rev A and RC Rev B. The teams competed well and RC Rev A got 1st in their division and RC B got 4th.
Next up was the Queen City Masters which is event 1 of the actual CFOA. Both RC and RC Rev competed in this event. RC struggled at this event and finished 5th, while RC Rev finished 3rd.
After this RC Rev B was back out at Skyline for event 2 of the CFOA series there and was able to pull out a 3rd place finish. It should also be noted that this series does not offer a pump division and RC Rev B is competing against other teams using ramping markers.
The next event was the Carolina Classic which is event 2 of the CFOA. Again RC and RC Rev competed at this event. Not looking to repeat the same results of the 1st event, RC pulled it together and finished 2nd overall despite taking it to a 3 game final. RC Rev came in 5th at this event and only a tenth of a point separated them from the top 4. After the second event finished the season rankings were released and RC is ranked 2nd overall and RC Rev is ranked 3rd overall in the series and there are still 5 events left!
The most recent event for RC and RC Rev was the PEV’s PTS 3-man which is another pump on semi event. This was the first event for the new RC members and it marked the return of EZ to the tourney scene! Despite playing strong and finishing 5 and 4 in the prelims, RC got 6th overall in the Open Division. There were 5 teams tied for 4th (RC one of them) and RC would finish 6th by time being 10seconds behind the 4th place team. However RC Rev was rolling through the prelims and ranked 3rd going into the semi-finals in the beginner division. RC Rev would continue to swag hard and finish in 2nd place overall!
Additionally RC Red Star has also begun there tourney season in the land down under. They are competing in the SAPPA series and have made the jump up to the pump on semi world. There 1st event was a learning experience but they managed to go 5 and 5 in the prelims and are looking forward to their next event which is at the end of the month.
RC Sweden is scheduled to begin their tourney at the end of the month and will be competing in a pump only series.
Overall the start of this year has been very successful for RC and we are grateful for all our sponsors support. Be on the lookout for the new RC Sandana gear as well as the new RAZA jerseys which we will debuting at PSP Chicago!!!
