Welcome to the Home of the RC Army

The Rockin' Cocks started as a three man pump team at a local Charlottesville paintball tournament in 2006. Since then the Rockin' Cocks have expanded to a full roster and network of teams across the world. The RC Army represents that family of pump players made up of the Rockin' Cocks, The RC Revolution (Northern VA), RC Red Star (Australia) and RC Sweden.

We play all kinds of paintball but what we love is playing tournaments with pumps. We don't care what the other team is shooting as long as we've got our pumps...we are having a good time.

Rockin' Cocks Take 3rd at Liberty

A 3-man faction of the Rockin' Cocks (and our beloved cameraman) showed up to to represent at Liberty's Tournament on Saturday, March 21st. Thanks to some local ballers, we arrived without getting lost. The majority of the venue was under construction, but that made it all the more fun. Rockin' Cocks fielded Spoon, Amish and U.A. Carl. It was a fairly small gig, only six "3-man" teams, and three "5-man." The day started off a bit later than expected. But when the Liberty folks started, they didn't stop. The schedule was organized so that each team played every other team twice; then finials would be announced.

The Rockin' Cocks started off well. Losing only one body in the first game, and maxing the next two. They kept up that same momentum throughout the day with a loss here and there. Amish and Carl locked down the D-side of the field while Spoon did damage from the snake. There were lots of hushed wispers after a few of the wins, but nobody was sure if it was because of the paint that was slung or Amish's dirty mouth throught the game.

The Rockin' Cocks took second in points and after a crushing loss in the finials ended up taking 3rd. Congrats to KlockWork who took first (and some sweet trophies) and NSG who took second. The Liberty staff was top notch, and ran the entire tournament extremely well. All of the players and spectators were friendly as could be. There was even warm delicous food for sale during the break. With some fantastic views, and wonderful people, the RC Army is sure to return to Liberty in the near future.
